Connect with nature and improve your well-being during Yoga in the Gardens this summer. Yoga helps increase flexibility, improve balance, and reduce stress, and the beautiful sights, gentle sounds, and calming scents of Cranbrook Gardens provide a serene setting for practice. The program is sponsored by Citizen Yoga, and classes are designed for adults of all ages and experience levels. Yoga in the Gardens is scheduled for Saturdays, June 20 through Aug. 29, from 9 to 10 a.m. (no class July 4). Please note that the schedule may need to be adjusted to ensure the safety of our participants, instructors, staff, and volunteers. Class sizes are limited, and registration is required in advance.
