This boat well houses a 60-foot Hacker-Craft that’s suspended out of the water to protect its solid-teak hull. The stair railing is repeated as a guardrail around the dock and a framed antique life ring from a decommissioned cruise ship hangs on the boat-well wall. The interior floor is American walnut with brushed-nickel inlay. The bench is mid-century.
