Krieger Associates / Brandywine Construction – This new home had to fit a small site while providing five bedrooms, four and a half baths, and an au-pair suite. Three stories, a finished lower level, and a small apartment above the garage met those requests.
GETA Design / Ryan Construction – An exterior remodel with an updated garage and a new bird’s-nest addition for office space was accomplished within rather strict confines.
