Kevin Alter / Architect, Alterstudio Architects L.L.P.
In addition to his award-winning professional practice, Alter is the director of architecture programs at the University of Texas at Austin.

Linda O’Keefe / Editor, Metropolitan Home
O’Keefe has opined on everything from beehives to movies in magazines such as Harper’s Bazaar, Paper, Cosmopolitan, and Details. She’s been with Metropolitan Home since 1994.

Jason Kontos / Editor-in-chief, New York Spaces
Since his start at House Beautiful magazine, Kontos has worked at such notable national shelter publications as Country Living, Traditional Home, and Veranda.

Carol Caughey / Interior design program coordinator, Oregon State University
Caughey has practiced design with firms from San Francisco to Indianapolis, in addition to serving on the faculties of Butler University and Oregon State University.

Grace Bonney / Editor, www.designspongeonline.com
Based in Brooklyn, N.Y., Bonney is the writer, designer, and trend-spotter behind www.designspongeonline.com. She’s also contributed to House & Garden, The New York Post, and The Philadelphia Inquirer, among others.

Sam Grawe / Editor-in-chief, Dwell
Grawe started at Dwell in October 2000 as an editorial assistant and currently holds the record for most title changes on the creative team. He’s also a contributing photographer for the magazine, in addition to having written for Wired and Nylon.

Dennis Rolland / Interior designer, Dennis Rolland, Inc.
Rolland started his Manhattan-based design firm in 1987. Since then, his work has been featured in The New York Times, Vanity Fair, and British House & Garden, among others.

Barry Dixon / Designer, Barry Dixon, Inc.
For the fourth consecutive year, Dixon has been identified as one of America’s top designers by House Beautiful. His firm, Barry Dixon, Inc., specializes in high-end interiors.

Bill Ingram / Architect, Bill Ingram Architects
Based in Birmingham, Ala., Ingram runs a private firm designing houses throughout the southeast and around the country. His work has been featured in Veranda, House Beautiful, and House & Garden, among others.
