A remodel based on location, location, location! The dream of golf course living was soon to become a reality but the property’s available did not fit the lifestyle our clients envisioned. They were downsizing but did not want to compromise on storage or the ability to entertain in an open concept space. At Renovation By Design, we pride ourselves on offering our clients creative solutions to improve the function and aesthetics of their home. Our collaborative process allowed us to renovate this home to accomplish their goals and bring their vision to life. This project involved renovation of the first floor to create an open concept living and entertaining space with stunning views of the golf course. We accomplished a light filled office space, as well as completing a full rebuild of stairways to improve safety and further beautify the space. Secondly, the master suite was completely redesigned to create a spacious spa like bathroom, we added a second-floor laundry space and enlarged the walk-in closet to deliver the organized storage they hoped for. Lastly, the second-floor office, that was open to below, was closed off to create a guest suite with additional storage and a private space for visiting friends and family.
RBD specializes in kitchens and baths but many of our projects include other areas of the home and even additions to increase the square footage.
