Kendall Design + Build, a rapidly growing design/build firm in Royal Oak, was founded by Terri Bailey in 2017.  Having spent over 30 years renovating and building new construction homes for investors, Terri turned her attention to homeowners and formed Kendall Design + Build.

Kendall Design + Build provides design and construction services and has a team that includes an in-house architect, professional project managers, designers for hard and soft finishes, financial services and more.  KDB has recently established a new line of custom cabinetry, Kendall Custom Cabinetry, inspired by English farmhouse design, and has made it available both to our clients and to the professional design community.  We display in our Royal Oak showroom as well as at the Michigan Design Center Resource Center.

At Kendall Design + Build, we pride ourselves on our diversity and our projects range from historic restoration and renovation to contemporary additions, with everything in between.  If our clients can dream it, we can create it.  From the beginning of the project – where our award-winning design team focuses on every detail of the design – to the final celebration and photos of the completed renovation, we bring professionalism and experience to every client.
